360 Park Homes · Legal & privacy

Privacy Policy

We want people buying, selling and working within the park home industry to understand how their personal information is used, who can see it and how they can stay in control of it.

Version 1.1Effective date: 20 October 2026United Kingdom

Privacy at a glance. Account contact details are not automatically made public. Buyer and seller enquiries are designed to remain inside 360 Park Homes dashboards, with notification emails that do not include buyer details or message contents. You may, however, choose to publish your own contact details on public listings or business profiles, or share them in a private conversation.

This notice applies to 360parkhomes.com and the services operated through it. It should be read alongside our applicable website terms and Cookie Policy.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use 360 Park Homes, we may collect and process:

  • Account information: name, email address, account type, login credentials, account preferences, verification records and communications about your account.
  • Seller and property information: your listing content, property address or location, photographs, videos, prices, descriptions, selected park, listing status and associated contact or ownership information you submit.

  • Enquiry and messaging information: messages, listing references, participants, timestamps and information you choose to include in a conversation.
  • Payments and subscriptions: purchase, subscription, billing and transaction records, payment status, and limited payment information provided by our payment providers. We do not need to receive your full payment-card number to administer payments processed by Stripe.
  • Marketing and service preferences: newsletter subscriptions, marketing choices, saved searches, listing alerts and communications preferences.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, activity logs, security events and information about how the website is used, subject to applicable rules on cookies and similar technologies.
  • Support, review and feedback information: messages to our team, complaints, and any public park review or other content you choose to submit.

We ask you not to upload sensitive personal information or identifying documents to public listings unless genuinely necessary and appropriate.

3. Where personal information comes from

Most information is provided by you when creating an account, submitting a listing, registering a business, sending an enquiry, managing your dashboard, making a payment or contacting us.

We may also receive relevant information from an agency or business administrator adding authorised team members, from a payment or technical provider, or from publicly accessible business and park information used to maintain or verify profiles. If we obtain personal information about you from another source, we will provide appropriate privacy information when required by law.

4. Why we use personal information and our lawful bases

UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful reason for each use of personal information. Depending on the activity, these include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, or your consent.

PurposeLawful basis
Creating and managing accounts, profiles, listings and paid servicesContract, or steps requested before entering a contract
Operating property enquiries, dashboard messaging, saved searches and relevant service notificationsContract where applicable; legitimate interests in operating the marketplace and enabling enquiries
Checking business applications, preventing misuse, moderating content and protecting usersLegitimate interests in a trustworthy, secure marketplace; legal obligation where relevant
Processing payments, accounting, taxation and required record-keepingContract and legal obligation
Improving site functionality, measuring performance and diagnosing faultsLegitimate interests in maintaining and improving the service, or consent where required; separate cookie rules also apply
Sending marketing emails or operating advertising and tracking campaignsConsent or another legally permitted basis, subject to electronic marketing and cookie rules
Responding to privacy requests, complaints and legal claimsLegal obligation; legitimate interests in resolving disputes and establishing, exercising or defending claims

Where we rely on legitimate interests, these are principally operating and improving the marketplace, supporting legitimate buyer–seller contact, verifying businesses, maintaining platform security and preventing misleading activity. We consider the impact on individuals and their rights when using this basis.

5. Buyer enquiries and private dashboard messaging

360 Park Homes is intended to provide an internal enquiry and messaging service connecting buyers with the relevant seller or estate agency.

  • Enquiries and replies are held within the 360 Park Homes website dashboard and made available to the authorised conversation participants.
  • When an enquiry arrives, the seller or agency may receive a general email notification prompting them to sign in. That notification does not include the buyer's personal contact details or the contents of the enquiry.
  • We do not automatically reveal a buyer's private account email address or phone number to the seller, or the seller's private account contact details to the buyer, just because an enquiry is submitted.
  • Users may choose to share contact details or other information in the messages they send. Information deliberately shared in a conversation will be visible to its authorised recipients.
  • Authorised 360 Park Homes personnel may access relevant records where reasonably necessary for administration, user support, abuse prevention, legal compliance or handling a complaint.
Privacy reminder: A user who voluntarily shares a phone number, email address or other detail with another person takes responsibility for that choice. We cannot control what the recipient may do outside our platform, although applicable law and our terms continue to apply.

6. Public listings, business profiles and voluntary contact details

Property listings, residential park pages, estate agency profiles, manufacturer pages, contractor profiles and reviews may be publicly accessible. Content you choose to publish may include your name, business identity, property location, photographs or other information you enter.

Public contact details are optional where the feature permits. You may choose to display your own email address, telephone number, website or social media contact details on a listing or public profile. Information held privately for account administration is not automatically made public simply because you register.

Public content can be viewed by visitors, indexed by search engines, shared through links and potentially copied by other people. Removing or editing material on 360 Park Homes does not guarantee that search engines, archives or other parties will immediately remove copies.

We may display and promote published listings and public business information through platform search results, listing alerts, editorial content or promotional channels. We will use personal information for those activities only where a valid lawful basis applies and in accordance with relevant account and listing terms.

Please only publish contact details and images you are entitled to share, and avoid publishing another person's private information without proper authority.

7. Service emails, marketing and preferences

We may send necessary service communications about your account, verification, listings, enquiries, payments, security or changes to the service. These are distinct from optional marketing communications.

We may offer newsletters, listing updates, promotional messages and marketing campaigns. We will send electronic direct marketing only where permitted by applicable law, including obtaining consent where required. Where you have consented, you can withdraw that consent at any time, for example using the unsubscribe facility in a marketing email or contacting us.

Saved-search alerts and listing notifications can be managed through available account settings. We may use providers such as Mailchimp to manage email campaigns where that service is enabled.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising technology

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, maintain login sessions, protect account security, understand site usage and measure or deliver advertising.

Some technologies are necessary for a service you request. Others require consent unless a specific legal exception applies. Certain limited statistical or appearance-related technologies may qualify for exceptions subject to additional conditions, including clear information and an easy means of objection.

Our separate Cookie Policy will identify the technologies used and explain your choices. Analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics where enabled, must be configured in line with applicable rules and visitors’ choices.

Planned Meta Pixel integration (not currently installed)

We may introduce the Meta Pixel in the future to understand visits and actions on our website and help measure or improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram. According to our current setup, the Meta Pixel has not yet been installed and is not currently used to collect information through this website.

If we decide to enable it, Meta technologies may process information such as browser and device identifiers, page views, website interactions and advertising attribution information. Before activating the technology, we will review its data protection implications, update our Cookie Policy and consent controls as necessary, and provide the required information about Meta’s role and any relevant sharing.

9. Who we share information with

We do not sell lists of private account contact details to third-party advertisers. Personal information may be disclosed where necessary to:

  • Other users who are authorised to view a relevant private dashboard conversation, and visitors who view information you have chosen to publish.
  • Hosting, technical maintenance, database, email delivery, security and support providers who help us operate the platform.
  • Payment processors such as Stripe, in connection with purchases, subscriptions and fraud-prevention checks.
  • Email marketing providers such as Mailchimp and analytics or advertising providers where the relevant services are used lawfully.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement or other persons where required or justified by law.
  • A buyer or successor of our business as part of a genuine sale or reorganisation, subject to applicable privacy protections and notices.

We limit access to what is appropriate for the relevant task. Third parties processing information on our behalf are expected to follow applicable security and contractual requirements.

10. Processing outside the United Kingdom

Some technology, payment, marketing or analytics providers may process information or permit access from outside the UK. Where we are responsible for a restricted international transfer, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, where required.

You can contact privacy@360parkhomes.com to ask for further information about applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy where available.

11. How long we keep personal information

We keep personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to any legal obligations or legitimate need to protect the platform, resolve disputes and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Our retention decisions depend on the type of record, account and listing activity, legal requirements and whether an enquiry or dispute remains open.

  • Account and business records: generally while the account is active, followed by a limited period where needed for legitimate administrative, safety or legal purposes.
  • Listings and public profiles: while published or otherwise needed to manage the service; removed or archived records may remain for a limited period for moderation, compliance or dispute purposes.
  • Enquiries and private conversations: while required to provide the messaging service and for a reasonable period connected with enquiries, account administration, safety or disputes.
  • Payment and financial records: for applicable accounting, tax and legal retention periods.
  • Marketing preferences: until withdrawn or no longer required, with minimal suppression information retained where necessary to respect an opt-out.
  • Technical logs and backups: according to documented operational and security schedules, with backup deletion occurring through the normal backup cycle.

Where information is no longer required, we aim to delete it, anonymise it or otherwise put it beyond routine use in accordance with our retention procedures.

12. Keeping information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational precautions designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. These may include access restrictions, account authentication, service monitoring and maintenance appropriate to the platform.

No online system is completely risk-free. Please choose a strong password, keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. We will respond to personal data incidents in accordance with applicable law.

13. Your rights and choices

Subject to the requirements and exceptions under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request erasure or restriction of your personal information in appropriate circumstances.
  • Receive or transfer certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
  • Challenge certain decisions made solely by automated processing, where relevant.

Your right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests in certain circumstances. You also have the right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time.

To exercise a right, email privacy@360parkhomes.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain if an exception applies.

You can also manage some information directly through your account or by editing or removing public content where dashboard functionality permits.

14. Privacy complaints and the ICO

If you believe your personal information has been handled incorrectly, please email privacy@360parkhomes.com with a description of the concern. We will acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate, keep you informed and provide an outcome without undue delay.

You can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator responsible for data protection.

15. Age requirements

360 Park Homes accounts and services are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not intentionally invite children to register accounts. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information inappropriately, please contact us.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, suppliers, security practices or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date above and, where required, bring material changes to the attention of affected users before new uses of their personal information begin.
