Cookie Policy

Clear information about cookies, website analytics and advertising technology, and the choices available to visitors.

Version 1.0Effective date: 20 October 2026United Kingdom

Cookies at a glance. Some technologies are needed to run account and security features. Others may help us understand and improve the Website or measure advertising, but their use depends on the applicable legal rules and your choices. Our Meta Pixel integration is planned and was not installed when last confirmed on 19 October 2026.

We distinguish confirmed platform services from example identifiers that still require a live cookie audit. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About this Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and related storage or access technologies may be used on 360parkhomes.com (the “Website”). It covers the reasons they may be used, examples of technologies relevant to our WordPress marketplace, and how visitors can make choices.

The Website is operated by Ostend Company Ltd, trading as 360 Park Homes. For information about our wider use of personal information and your data protection rights, please read our Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to visitors browsing park home listings, residential parks and business profiles, as well as registered buyers, sellers, estate agents, park operators and other account holders.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website or service may store on your browser or device. Cookies can support functions such as signing in, remembering a choice or measuring visits to pages.

Other technologies can serve related purposes, including local or session storage, pixels, embedded scripts and identifiers generated when pages or services are accessed. UK rules on storing or accessing information on a device can apply to these technologies even where no conventional cookie is created.

Some cookies last only while a session is open; others remain until their expiry, deletion or a change in settings. Cookies may be set directly through our Website (first-party) or by services supplied by another organisation (third-party).

3. Categories of cookies we use or may introduce

CategoryWhy it mattersConsent approach
Essential and securityAccount sign-in, secure sessions, fraud prevention, form protection and reliable operation of requested features.May be used without cookie consent when the relevant legal exception applies.
Preferences and appearanceRemembering interface settings or preferences, where this functionality is enabled.May be exempt in qualifying circumstances, including an easy and free means of objecting where required; otherwise consent is needed.
Website statistics and analyticsUnderstanding visits, page use and improvements to the marketplace.Consent is required unless the particular implementation meets all conditions of a statistical-purpose exception, including a simple and free objection mechanism.
Advertising and measurementTracking advertising performance, attribution, remarketing or personalising adverts.Consent before non-exempt tracking or accessing device information for these purposes.

Consent rules depend on the specific purpose and configuration of a technology, not merely its name or category. We must assess any service used for more than one purpose against each applicable requirement.

4. Services and cookie examples

The following are illustrative cookie families and technologies relevant to the platform and services we have discussed. They are not a verified live cookie scan and should not be read as a claim that every example is currently being set. Exact names, providers, lifetimes and purposes must be confirmed against the deployed Website.

Technology / providerPossible identifiersPurpose and positionDuration
WordPress authentication

Core platform

wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*Keep authorised account holders signed in and protect authenticated areas. These are examples of WordPress cookie families; only necessary instances should be used.Session or persistent, depending on sign-in settings; verify on site.
WordPress settings

Core platform

wp-settings-*, wp-settings-time-*May remember settings for certain logged-in users. Purpose and applicable exception must be assessed.Configuration dependent.
Elementor and site interfaceBrowser storage or functional identifiers, where usedMay support page display, preferences or interface functions. Usage varies with the site configuration.Session or persistent depending on the implementation.
Stripe

Payment provider

Payment and fraud-prevention identifiers, if loadedCan support a payment or fraud-prevention journey when Stripe services are invoked. Some security-related usage may be essential; any other purpose must be assessed separately.Varies by Stripe service; verify when checkout is used.
Google Analytics

Website measurement

_ga, _ga_* (common examples)Google Analytics is part of our discussed analytics setup. Actual cookies, consent configuration, data sharing and retention require a live check. Analytics is not automatically exempt simply because it measures visits.Configuration dependent; Google Analytics cookie lifetimes can be adjusted.
Meta Pixel

Planned — not installed as of 19 October 2026

_fbp, _fbc (potential future examples)Would support measurement or attribution of Meta advertising if enabled. It is not described as an active integration in this policy. Not applicable unless enabled; document actual durations before launch.
Important distinction: This is a service overview, not a certified record of your browser's cookies. We will maintain an accurate cookie inventory for the live Website and update this page when our configuration changes.

5. Account, security and payment functions

When you sign in, register, manage property listings, submit enquiries or use paid services, essential storage may help maintain a secure session and complete the action you requested. For example, your browser may need a session identifier to keep your account accessible while you move between pages.

Payment functionality may involve Stripe or a related payment workflow. Stripe can use identifiers to support payment security and fraud prevention, depending on how its service is integrated. The fact that a provider describes a technology as “essential” does not by itself establish a UK legal exemption; we will assess its actual purposes.

Disabling genuinely essential storage in your browser may prevent account access, checkout or some requested features from operating correctly.

6. Google Analytics and website statistics

Google Analytics may help us understand which pages people visit, how visitors arrive at the Website and which functions could be improved. This can include device, browser, page-interaction and approximate geographic information, depending on the configuration and permissions in force.

Under UK rules, an exception for statistical purposes can apply in limited circumstances where the storage or access is solely to generate statistics that improve our service or Website, any sharing is appropriately restricted, resulting information is aggregated and cannot identify individuals, and visitors receive clear information plus an easy and free means to object.

That exception does not automatically cover a standard third-party analytics installation, cross-service tracking, individual-level retention, advertising profiling or attribution. Unless the particular configuration has been checked and satisfies an exception, we must request valid consent before setting analytics technologies that require it.

If a qualifying objection-based statistical technology is deployed, we must provide a straightforward way to object and honour that objection.

7. Advertising tools and the planned Meta Pixel

We advertise 360 Park Homes through channels including Facebook and Instagram. Advertising on another platform does not automatically mean that its tracking pixel is installed on this Website.

Meta Pixel is planned but was not installed when its status was last confirmed on 19 October 2026. Before enabling it, we must review the actual integration and information-sharing arrangements, update this policy and obtain the appropriate consent for non-exempt advertising storage or access. Such a feature may involve browser identifiers, page visits, interactions or conversion events shared with Meta.

Advertising cookies and pixels are not covered by the UK statistical-purpose exception merely because they provide campaign measurements. If further advertising tools are introduced, their names, purposes and durations should also be disclosed.

8. Your choices and how to change them

Where cookies or similar technologies require consent, our Website must give visitors a clear choice before they are used. Refusing non-essential technologies must be as straightforward as accepting them. Visitors must also be able to change or withdraw their consent with comparable ease.

Where we lawfully rely on the statistical-purpose or appearance exception, visitors must receive a simple and free way to object. Refusing or objecting should not stop basic browsing of the Website, although features needing essential storage may be affected by browser restrictions.

Cookie controls: Any cookie banner or preferences tool displayed on the Website should be used to choose purposes and update those choices. This policy itself does not install a consent banner or change your browser settings. If you cannot find the required control, please contact privacy@360parkhomes.com so we can investigate.

Most browsers also allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies in their privacy settings. Browser controls may not cover every technology, and they are not a replacement for consent or objection controls that the Website must provide.

9. Third-party sites, embedded content and providers

Links to external estate agency websites, park operators, manufacturers, contractors, social networks or payment services may take you to a separate website. Those organisations may operate their own cookies under their own notices when you visit them.

Embedded maps, videos, payment widgets or other external features can also involve third-party technologies if they are added to the Website. We must check such integrations and, where needed, prevent non-exempt third-party technologies from loading before appropriate consent or another lawful exception.

Relevant providers can include Google, Stripe and, if later enabled, Meta. Their notices explain their own processing but do not replace our duty to explain and lawfully manage technologies used on this Website.

10. Cookie lifetimes and retention

Session cookies are generally removed when the relevant browser session ends, while persistent cookies may remain until they expire, are deleted, or are replaced. Browser storage and third-party identifiers can have different retention rules.

Expiry periods are set by the technology and its configuration. We do not publish a fixed expiry for every example above because we have not yet independently verified those values against the live configuration; doing so would risk supplying inaccurate information. Once confirmed, our operational cookie register should record each identifier, provider, purpose, first- or third-party status and expiry period.

Any associated personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, including applicable limits on retention and data protection rights.

11. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our Website, hosting, analytics, payment services or advertising technologies change, or when applicable legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide any further notice or request new consent required by law.

In particular, a decision to activate Meta Pixel or another advertising tracker requires an implementation review, updated disclosures and a functioning consent mechanism before that technology begins collecting information.
